TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT Last Updated: September 2026 (Version: v1.1-2026-09) Welcome to Group Organisation App. By creating an account or using our mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. AUSTRALIAN JURISDICTION & CONSUMER LAW This Service is intended exclusively for residents of Australia. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) LICENSE You retain full ownership of any photos, reviews, comments, or recipe feedback ("User Content") you submit to the Service. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, reformat, display, and distribute such content across our Service and public community galleries. You warrant that: (a) You own or possess all necessary rights to submit the User Content; (b) Uploaded photos depict food prepared or consumed by you; (c) Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. 3. CONTENT MODERATION & SAFETY GUARDRAILS To maintain a family-friendly community, User Content is evaluated by an in-memory AI Vision guardrail prior to storage upload. We reserve the absolute right to reject, decline to publish, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion. Uploaded photos pass through automated safety checks for explicit content and dish relevance. 4. AI & AUTOMATED FEATURES DISCLAIMER The Service incorporates automated artificial intelligence (AI) helper tools for photo safety pre-screening, meal plan scheduling, and task generation. AI outputs are provided "as-is" for convenience. We make no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions. 5. DIETARY & ALLERGY RESPONSIBILITY IMPORTANT DIETARY & FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE: The recipes, ingredient lists, meal plans, automated shopping aggregations, and AI-suggested swaps provided in this application are for general household organization and meal planning convenience only. 1. INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY: You and your household members are solely responsible for inspecting physical product packaging, allergen labels, and ingredient declarations at the point of purchase and prior to food preparation. 2. SEVERE ALLERGIES: If any member of your household suffers from severe food allergies, celiac disease, or anaphylactic sensitivities (e.g. peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, eggs), DO NOT rely solely on app ingredient lists. Ingredients and manufacturer formulas change frequently. 3. NO MEDICAL OR DIETITIAN ADVICE: Content within this app does not constitute medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Consult a registered dietitian or medical healthcare professional for clinical dietary needs. 6. HOUSEHOLD GROUP DATA SHARING When you create or join a household group, scheduled meal calendar events, task assignments, and grocery shopping list items will be shared with other invited members of that group. 7. DIGITAL PURCHASES & STORE COLLECTIONS Certain meal plan collections or premium features may be offered for purchase as digital goods. All purchases are non-transferable and subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing terms. 8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
